Sophisticated effect regulator give the best efficiency
PLC-based control of the equipment with modulating output regulation (as opposed to on/off control) means the system always runs with the right output compared to the relevant energy requirement. The unique burner design, together with our fuel weight-controlled O₂ regulation provides very high efficiency at both high load and low load, and also compensates for fuel quality variations fully automatically. The regulating range is huge: from 100% down to 2-4 % of the maximum output. Thanks to the broad regulating range, the equipment can be in operation continuously, thus eliminating unnecessary start and stop losses when the requirement for heat varies. Continuous operation facilitates the maximum efficiency and also keeps emissions to a minimum.
