Extremely good combustion performance for high and low loads
The unique and patented design of the burner, in combination with an optimised boiler from Viessmann and Janfire Flue Gas Accelerator, guarantees a minimum of emissions, very high efficiency and long maintenance intervals. The rotating drums reduce the risk of sintering significantly and by continuously mixing and recirculating the pellets, virtually complete combustion is ensured. Combustion air is added in two stages – in the primary combustion zone to obtain the right fuel/air mix, and in the secondary combustion zone, where final combustion of the evaporated fuel takes place with the addition of secondary air. The secondary air is rotated in order to increase the turbulence and thus increase the degree of efficiency thanks to a dense mixture of fuel and air.
